Thread Safety

Public static (Shared in Visual Basic) members of this type are safe for multithreaded operations. Instance members are not guaranteed to be thread-safe.

Remarks

Use this class to render menu windows onto a Graphics surface. RebarMenuRenderer is perhaps only of interest to those making custom rebar themes.

These virtual (CanOverride in Visual Basic) methods can be overridden in a custom implementation:

• DrawBorder draws the border around a menu window within the bounds specified by the Bounds property.
• DrawBreak fills the space between two columns of menu items. Menu item columns are created when one or more item in the menu have the Break or BarBreak property set.
• GetBorderSize returns the size of the border which surrounds the menu items.
